We detected and confirmed an incident that caused a temporary outage affecting websites hosted on our infrastructure. Observed downtime ranged from a few seconds to approximately 3 minutes depending on the service. All sites are back online and operating normally.

We experienced a minor outage of an underlying system of our deployment stack. Some deployments may have failed between 2026-04-15 20:00:00 UTC and 2026-04-16 06:30:00 UTC, especially if you started many of them at the same time

One of our network service providers is currently experiencing an outage, which may result in intermittent interruptions and performance degradation.

A routine maintenance may have cause an hypervisor to crash.

An issue was detected on the Cellar add-on API, a maintenance operation is needed. This means that the provider view will not be available for customers while this operation is on going. No impact for the existing running add-ons.

Users might encounters timeout and errors with MateriaKV. The issue followed an upgrade of the software, which we rolled back.

11:20 UTC: Operations are back to normal

We are progressively deploying a mature branch of Sōzu with HTTP/2 (h2) backend support on cleverapps.io load balancers for battle-testing purposes. This rollout is based on the work tracked in sozu-proxy/sozu#1209. What this means for you: Your applications served through cleverapps.io load balancers may now negotiate HTTP/2 with backends. This should be transparent, but as with any infrastructure change at this stage, edge cases may arise. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team and include:
