[MEA] Maintenance on 2 hypervisors - security upgrade and reboot

Our infrastructure provider will perform a maintenance impacting 2 hypervisors on 8 May 2026 at 20:35 UTC (00:35 Dubai time on 9 May / 22:35 Paris time on 8 May)

Context

Our infrastructure provider notified us on short notice that they will upgrade and reboot 2 hypervisors on 8 May 2026. To avoid any disruption, clients are contacted to perform proactive measures and reduce potentiel impact.

Expected Impact

Addons unavailibility. Addons which are located on impacted hypervisors will be fully unavailable during the maintenance (expected to last 30 minutes).

Mitigation

Depending on the criticality of impacted services, there are three options:

Option 1 — Migrate proactively, ahead of time (recommended) Anytime before 8 May 2026, migrate your add-ons via the Migration tab in the Console, keeping the same region, plan, and version. They will automatically move to unaffected hypervisors. A few things to keep in mind:

• Your add-ons will be in read-only mode during the migration.
• The underlying host will change. If you currently connect to your add-on using DIRECT_HOST / DIRECT_PORT without linking it as an environment variable, your services may break. We recommend either:
  • Avoiding DIRECT_HOST / DIRECT_PORT entirely (preferred), or
  • Using them through linked applications, which will automatically restart at the end of the migration to pick up the new values.

Option 2 — Ask Clever Cloud support to migrate for you Reply to message received from Clever Cloud Support with your preferred date and time, and our team will handle the migration on your behalf.

Option 3 — Do nothing Your affected services will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes starting 8 May 2026, 20:35 UTC.
