Resolved:
The web console is currently inaccessible. Only the console appears to be affected; other services do not seem to be impacted at this time.

The web console is now accessible again. The issue was caused by one of our APIs becoming unreachable, although this behavior was not expected to occur. We are actively working on a fix to prevent this situation from happening again.
