[RBX] Hypervisor unreachable
Resolved:
An hypervisor on the RBX (Roubaix) region is unreachable 09:28 UTC+1. We are investigating. Add-ons hosted on this node are currently unreachable.
Updates
The server is still unreachable and we currently can't access it in rescue mode. We are waiting for our provider to help us get a rescue access and start the investigation on the reboot failure.
We recovered access to the server in rescue but the boot process doesn't work. We are working on a fix to bring back the system up.
A RAID failure prevents the hypervisor to boot properly
We are migrating services to other hypervisors to avoid any data loss while we attempt to repair the RAID
The RAID has been repaired. The server is now up.
We're checking the system before putting it back to production.
The root cause has now been found and the hypervisor is up again. All services has been correctly handled
