[RBX] Hypervisor unreachable
Resolved:
An hypervisor is unreachable on the RBX region since 11:28 UTC+2. Services on it were automatically restarted elsewhere. One of the IP behind domain.rbx.clever-cloud.com is also unreachable (87.98.177.176), it has been dropped from the DNS but you might still use it if you used A records for your domains.
Updates
The hypervisor has come back and we are making sure everything has come back online. The IP 87.98.177.176 is active again.
This incident is linked to this OVH incident: https://bare-metal-servers.status-ovhcloud.com/incidents/r22w9y3ffwfx. It seems like the issue has not yet been identified on their side so we may expect new service disruption. We will wait for their all-clear before allowing production workload again on this hypervisor.
OVH incident resolved. Following our verification, the hypervisor is now operational, with full capacity to host and run applications as expected.
