Resolved:
We detected and confirmed an incident that caused a temporary outage affecting websites hosted on our infrastructure. Observed downtime ranged from a few seconds to approximately 3 minutes depending on the service. All sites are back online and operating normally.

During a maintenance restart of our reverse proxies, a manipulation error restarted too many of them too quickly, so that none of them were able to handle requests during a brief period of time
The issue cascaded on some of them, requiring a additional restart to recover
