[Paris] Network access to the region disruption

We are investigating a network disruption to access the Paris region and services hosted on it.
Updates
One of our transit providers seem to have experienced an issue, some trafic wasn't correctly routed to the region, depending on its source or destination. The issue seems to have started around 00:40 UTC and recovery at 00:50 UTC. Since then, all services are fully operational.
During that time, trafic incoming and outgoing to services of the Paris region was impacted depending on the network path it took.
We continue to watch the situation and double check with our provider to make sure the issue came from their side.
Our transit provider has confirmed the issue originated on their side and has since been resolved. We are awaiting a detailed post-mortem report from them. No further impact has been observed since recovery at 00:50 UTC, and this incident is now closed.
